Three Passes to Everest--A Journey Beyond the Ordinary

3 Passes Trek With Everest Base Camp

Trip Overview

Experience the ultimate high-altitude adventure with Kora Quest Adventure on the Everest Three Passes Trek—one of the most thrilling and scenic journeys in the Himalayas. Starting with an exhilarating flight to Lukla (2,860m), the trek leads through the vibrant Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar (3,440m), surrounded by stunning mountain views and rich local culture.

This epic route combines the beauty of traditional villages like Khumjung and Khunde, offering insight into Sherpa life and incredible views of Ama Dablam (6,812m), with three of the most adventurous and breathtaking high mountain passes in the Everest region.

The journey first crosses Kongma La Pass (5,535m), a wild and remote pass offering dramatic views of Nuptse (7,861m), Lhotse (8,516m), and the ice-filled Khumbu Valley. From there, you’ll reach Gorakshep (5163m) the last stop point of trekkers and climb Kala Patthar (5,545m), the best viewpoint for Mount Everest (8,848.86m) and its surrounding giants.

Next, you tackle the icy Chola Pass (5,420m), connecting to the Gokyo Valley where the turquoise Gokyo Lakes (4,700m) and the peak of Gokyo Ri (5,357m) provide panoramic Himalayan views. Finally, the trail leads over Renjo La Pass (5,360m), offering one of the most beautiful vistas in the entire region, overlooking Everest, Makalu, and the vast Gokyo Valley.

The Everest Three Passes Trek is a journey of challenge, raw beauty, and unforgettable adventure—perfect for those seeking the full Himalayan experience with Kora Quest Adventure.
